2  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: Trouble at TVR? on: June 25, 2007, 08:05:57 pm
Hmmmm...is the topic dead or is TVR dead....any news about it?

Bartus(who still considers buying one when he wins his next million)

Bartus(who still hates the food there though)
4  Club Arnage / General Discussion / LMES crash of Kaffer on: September 13, 2004, 09:03:33 am
We were at the right time at the right place...see what happened to Kaffer and figure out what his name means in Dutch...

We put the most spectacalair pics on line at www.speedpics.nl enjoy.

Bartus(who thinks his licence should be confiscated for driving into the pits like that)

Lads...gimme a break(or brake)...don't go for this Chenet radiator fluid but try some decent stuff...there is a wine-trader at the round-about just before the TGV station that sells you good stuff for the same price as the sewerwater in the Carrefour...

Bartus(who can also advise the scrambled eggs next door)
6  Club Arnage / Just To Say Hi / Re:Hi from the united states of the Netherlands on: September 02, 2004, 03:26:45 pm
You find those Dutch bummers anywhere....welcome anyway...  Grin

Bartus(who goes, comes and spams everywhere)
7  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:We Love A Loser!! on: September 02, 2004, 03:07:01 pm
Isn't that the Carrefour...let me rephrase that....isn't that the beer and wine temple at the south side of Le Mans?

Bartus(who still does not understand how BBQ on a camping can be fare more expensive than dining in a restaurant)
8  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:GT at Zandvoort(don't worry, more pics than reading) on: August 20, 2004, 05:51:33 pm
Gheheh those are in fact sweet, sweet memories from days long gone. The track has been raped and although it has the same lenghth as back in 1978 the layout is completely different. A few corners are still there but the surface is about half of what is used to be and the long straight towards the Tarzan curve now looks more like a pit. I still go there on a regular basis but it is the politicians that murdere the old track, ofcourse helped by ernie cos when something bad happens he is always around...

There was a documentay about the death of Roger Williamson on our local television recently....emotional but also VERY embarrssing footage....

I used to go there with my dad when you could still move around freely...that is even longer ago cos these days you feel like cattle if youvist a F1-event.  Sad

Bartus(who thinks even on tv it looks like sh*t BTW)
9  Club Arnage / General Discussion / GT at Zandvoort(don't worry, more pics than reading) on: August 19, 2004, 02:54:49 pm
A bit late, I admitt, but I had to recover from serious sunburn. You'll find coverage of the GT-part and the rest of the fun on www.speedpics.nl in de Masters of F3 section.

Bartus(who thinks you should not miss the babe-section either)
10  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:Pictures from LMES N-ring on: July 05, 2004, 02:39:37 pm
Hmmm...and I am still a newbie...there is something wrong here...

I saw about three nice crashes during the weekend and I must agree that the stewards were at least as lazy and clumsy as on Indy with the Ralf-crash. But hey...everybody has it's priorities these days... Roll Eyes

Bartus(who can inform you that Zandvoort is even worse)
11  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Pictures from LMES N-ring on: July 04, 2004, 04:09:01 pm
I'll try to post a story an a SUPERB racing weekend lateron but the pictures are allready there...

www.speedpics.nl

Racing is big fun, especially if it rains and cars are actually overtaking eachother without having a pitwall inbetween'em. I feel really happy that I picked the rain in the Eifel over the sun of Magny Cours!

Bartus(who will go to Silverstone and Spa as well)
12  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:Merchandise for Club Arnage - 2005 on: June 22, 2004, 10:52:00 am
Hmmmm....I prefer the exchange-rate of the dollar and the total lack of VAT in the US, are there any people from Bangladesh on this forum by the way, that might even be cheaper....  Grin

Bartus(who can ship cheap weed from Amsterdam in return ofcourse)
13  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:Merchandise for Club Arnage - 2005 on: June 20, 2004, 03:58:28 pm
Yeah...2 t-shirts of the 2005 version for the same prices in Euro's as this year(sorry...forgot what I paid) and....a brilliant idea....two CA-t-shirts with a 1971 print in stone-washed version to make us all look like die-hard fans that have been visiting LM for 30 years...  Grin

Bartus(who still has his first LM-merchandise with a GT 40 on it)
14  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:2004 Best Picture Awards on: June 18, 2004, 02:10:11 pm
How about this one than? This is what she did after my question: "How was I last night? "

Bartus(who enjoyed himself though)

15  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:Club Arnage Polo Shirts on: June 17, 2004, 04:29:08 pm

Bartus(who wore his CA-t-shirt two days but was recognised only twice)
