Due to selfish owners electing not to drive capacious beaters over to LM this year, we're unable to cart the usual EZ-UP canopy/gazebo down to La Sarthe. If anyone's going in a decent sized vehicle and could accomodate an extra 4x2x2' package which we could collect on Thursday 15th (we're in Bleu Nord but will pick up from anywhere reasonably local) and return on Sunday before the finish, then a suitable beer kitty donation would be forthcoming

OK, last remaining tickets from my group (I think!) - we have 1 camping pass for Bleu Nord, and 2 general enclosure entry tickets for sale at cost price - £37 per ticket + £32 for campsite pass, including postage so total would come to £106.

I'd rather sell them as one so PM me if you're interested.

Actually, no... I bought 20 tickets and have 3 left 

Those of you who care... a few years ago one of our party managed to lock their keys in the boot of their Boxster S. Turns out, there's a cable under a metal plate accessible by lying under the car, which releases the boot (setting off the alarm etc, but at least providing access to the incarcerated keys that can then be used to switch it off).

This we found out after contemplating all the combinations of smashing windows etc. Needless to say, the Porker driver was mighty relieved that someone from the RAC could talk them through the procedure, over the phone on a Sunday morning ...

Looks like I have 3 spare Bleu Nord tickets left... if anyone wants to take them off me for £32 inc postage (as and when they arrive), let me know by PM.

Of course, if anyone is sitting on a bloc of tickets for Houx Annexe and want to move to Bleu instead, I'd happily do you a swap

Can anyone say where Bleu Nord actually *is*? The Camping Bleu I've stayed at before is just across the main road past Maison Blanche, opposite the field where they built the Berlin Wall mk II a couple of years ago. Is that Bleu Sud? If so, I guess Bleu Nord is on the right hand side of the access road into Parking/Camping Bleu, and nearer the airstrip?

My mate who always organises our LM camping got a postcard from Just Tickets this morning, saying that demand for next year is hotting up and they'd advise buying early.

So he called them this morning and they said the Maison Blanche camping tickets are all sold already! This year, we were in Camping Bleu since we couldn't get MB tickets, but the overspill park (adjoining the drag strip/main road) was half full if that.
