Blimey, this is a place to behold Grin

Long time spent lurking round these parts, not known to many, but have recently come out as a CAer Roll Eyes (Please don't tell BM Shocked!!)

As a long time listener, I have followed a couple of threads over time, with particular interest. Mainly because of the reaction from many of you to what certain people are going thru, as opposed to the unimaginable nightmare of the events themselves - if you get my drift  Roll Eyes

As a relative outsider (certainly not knowing any of you rabble personally Grin - not least those intimately involved) it's bin a continual source of inspiration.

It's not only reading the continued support from everyone for those directly involved, but for those who are directly involved to a) continue to update their friends & fellow LMers about their circumstances and b) do so with such humour, candour & courage.

Yes I know, many of you are 'real' friends as opposed to 'virtual' friends, but that notwithstanding - it's pretty far king special Wink

Have wanted to offer my support for a while, but (being English!) never had the balls Shocked

So (even tho I don't know either of you)...

Debs, I wish you further success in your recovery - I get the drift that it seems to be going pretty well?

And to Peter...Chemo tomorrow (well today!!) doesn't exactly sound like a riot of laffs, nor the ensuing next few weeks, but if it's any help, there are very many (real & virtual) people, myself included, wanting to buy you a pint as soon as  - preferably en france Grin All the best fella Grin Grin

Apologies for rambling, probably too many ales! (I'll check for typos after some sleep Shocked Shocked)  but had to chuck in my sixpeneth Roll Eyes

Perhaps CA v BM Shocked

There's plenty of BMers on BN Grin

Just in case anyone gets the wrong idea, I'll be on Mulsanne quaffing fizz & liberating a few mussels from their (previously) comfy living quarters Wink

Would appreciate a few pix of the carnage - should it happen Roll Eyes

Will you not join us to photographical record the event(s) then?

On the basis that I can't often be @rsed to walk the 7 yards from our plot to the banking to watch the race, probably not Grin

Del

Ta for info!

We'd been told we had 4 tix for KN through Select. We've since had a missive that they weren't getting ANY KN allocation as the ACO had turned the whole site into a coporate site! A bit of research has confirmed that most of KN will be corporate, but not all.

First choice would still be KN, but other options are now being explored!!

Cheers!

Like to pick your learned brains if poss Wink

Seems there is reduced allocation across the board on KN this year, which has led to Team CLOT not receiving their expected delivery for 2008 Angry

Therefore we're assessing options! Anyone stay on Mulsanne in 2007?

We're water dependent so wondered what the tap scenario was?

Also what's access to Mulsanne Village like during the race?

Any useful info gratefully received & thanks in advance Grin Grin

Cheers!
