Who else is going??

Steve Brown, Rick Cutler and myself will be driving down on Saturday and planning to camp there until Monday morning when we'll take a liesurely drive back to Calais.

For those of you that have been before, what's the routine?? I believe we can camp on MB for free?? We obviously need to collect our tickets while we are there to gain entry. Is there anything else we should be aware of??

Is there a planned get together??

The T.W.A.T.S. are taking two vehicles down, booked on channel tunnel Saturday morning 06:58, we should be down there for midday. The only camping is in P16 or sometimes called Vert, you have to get the ticket from the that fancy building opposite the main entrance. We normally collect our race weekend tickets at the same time so it's easy.
Saturday afternoon we spend in the bar behind the pits/paddock and watch the day go by, very relaxed, drivers everywhere and they will talk to you.
Saturday evening in the campsite is quiet until the T.W.A.T.S. kick off with gas canisters in a flaming oil drum, makes a bloody good explosion!!! Also so far we have never managed to return a gazeebo from PQ, as that usually gets trashed early on! We normally crash and burn between 5-6am only to be woken up by those noisy bloody cars starting practice.
We depart about 4pm for our return trip to Calais in time for a nice sleep before work the next day.
Come and see us, you won't miss us in our bright yellow shirts and our massive flag will be in attendence of course.

I am taking a three day return Dover Calais in my Motorhome and it costs just £80!!!

That is part of the reason we are going in that it is soo cheap.

I havent much time off left and go on holiday 1 week later so, this is the cheapest option.

If i can confirm my attendance fancy meeting up.

I think the best bet is to swap numbers as I have no idea where is best to meet up during pre-quals or what happens. I do not wnat to say 1pm and then the rain stops and all the cars go out again.

See your PM.

Any one else we are probably going to be on Parking Vert or P16 as per "THE TWATS" post earlier today.
