...not being able to go.  Cry

The rest of my gang are going, but I, sadly wont be this year. I even had my Houx Annexe ticket confirmation through at the weekend... so the salt is well and truly rubbed in...

So with a stiff upper lip, I'm going to ball my eyes out until snot drips from my nose and I dribble down my shirt...  Cry Cry Cry

So what I'd like to know, is what can the average non-attendee do to get as involved as possible, without leaving his house...Huh

Russ, Eurosport on satellite generally has good coverage (though not continuous) of the race.
Also, Radio Le Mans has previously provided web cast coverage via the WWW.

My regular co-pilot was unable to accompany me a couple of years ago.  So he pitched his tent in his garden, fixed up a TV to watch the coverage outside, and got extremely pissed!

Looks like I'll be sat on the WWW for a few days then...  Cry

I'm not so sure the wife will appreciate me getting completely langered and p*ssing in the garden, but I'll give it a go anyway.... I can blame it on the dog. (That's the Labradore, not the wife....!!)

It's like having to give up cigarettes all over again... there's a deep routed yearning for all that is Le Mans... but I just can't satisfy the itch...

Getting totally bladdered seems the only reasonable answer  Smiley  Smiley

Put a few tents up in your garden invite a load of mates around and with the help of loads of ale get totally bladdered, not forgetting the fireworks at around 0100hrs on the Saturday morning.
Sorted.

Russ,

I don't want to make things worse..... But could I buy your spare camping ticket?

I am also willing to purchase 2 race tickets if you have had to cancel your plans.

I want to meet my TR mates at Houx Annexe.

Can you help?

Thanks Terry
