Hearing rumours that it will be part building site this year, and that 2007 will also be its final year - any truth to this?

There was a rumour that the tramway car park would take up some of the Houx Annexe space.  However, I've studied the tramway map
http://www.ville-lemans.fr/page.do?t=2&uuid=4FCFD0ED-D4D0B214-49621248-7F0DC323 (click on "plan du reseau" about a third of the way down)
and it appears to me that the tramway car park will be south of the access road so won't affect it.  But I'll try to get a difinitive answer.  Certainly still looks OK for this year as November is still the projected date for the opening of the tramway.
There were also rumours that the "Tertre Rouge" bar would be knocked down but I have it on good authority (from the man in the tramway shop) that this will not happen!
