The section I was referring to is the white spot between the actual track and the green square called BSJ. On that spot there was some sort of building ground last year, pretty obvious they were gonna build something there. It's also on that spot where there was an earthy-bump which gave a sort of an okay view, especially in the eavenings. We were allowed up to the guard rail during the yellow-flag situation when McNish and Letho crashed there last year Cool

here's the result of the works ending on that spot>>

Am I correct in assuming that this is the new allotments that have been moved from the inside of Tertre Rouge following the modifications to that corner?

Don't know Jack about Tetre Rouge, except for the bar/restaurant in which I had something to eat back in '93. But back then I was an innocent continental truck driver who was happily surprised by the wall paintings and photos, having a Routiers-dinner Wink

Gents, does the movement of the allotments mean there is now, no good viewing point near to Beausjour? Just wondering if its worth taking some height adjusters/stilts or a portable grandstand thats all, im getting depressed by the thought of a 30minute + walk everytime i want to see some racing!   Cry

Smuudge>> the walk to Porsche shouldn't take more than five mins from the BSJ 'gate'. It's just last years' earthy bump that gave us a sort of vision to the sound we had during Wednesday and Thursday practices.
I thought it was worth mentioning to people like Bobblehat who were there last year.

Picture above is literately between BSJ & Porsche. The detour to the spectators site you had to take anyway, we're still not allowed to cross the track. Sad

So now we know, what we were all standing on was a heap of lome, or worse!

Well if it is allotments - what veg or fruit is fresh in June??!!!

Come to think of it, the foundations and service channels looked a hell of a lot better than what we get at BSJ. So if Gilles knows anyone who has one of those sheds, could we come to some arrangement? Wink
