I know exactly what you are saying Fran, I am moving from HA to MB. NOW that is not a follower, that is making the most of an opportunity for peace and solitude with, hopefully, a more select enthusiast.

You are all welcome to visit.

Hi Martini,
I regret to inform you Maison Blanche has become a barren waste land . a poor imitation of its former self, a paved over paradise etc etc. Convenient to the village though ::)
PM me your squat number so i am not left to wander aimlessly and beerless through the crowd of strangers inhabiting my former abode ;D

Although I didn't get an email (never have done!!), Mr UPS delivered my tickets today.

The camping tickets come with a plastic wallet affair that sticks to the inside of the windscreen - bottom, drivers side according to the instructions!! - so the mirror hook-on system didn't last very long.

Also got my ACO membership renewal notification - I'm still debating this.

All I got today was a copy of the letter in which the ACO acknowledge to have received my payment and that I can pick-up my tickets at the Parc des Expositions.

It's an exact copy of the letter I received already February 11  ???

UPS man arrived today, no pre-announcement by email so I told him to sling his hook  :)

No, really - the tickets I didn't order have arrived, will be in touch with those buying them for addresses (or do I already have them?)

Still unsure yet whether I'll be there. Odds on still having a job are worse than they were (which started out at one in three). Should find out next week, with last day at work being end April. That means I have the time but not the money. (If I keep the job I will have the money but not the time)

Having said that, I discovered the Chicago Blues Festival is on 11 June, and have this morning been planning and costing a 4500 mile trip for June... I think it will be a non-runner but the planning is fun...

If anyone knows a way to contact Dottore (occasional forum member from Belgium) please PM me as he asked fr some tickets but has gone uncontactable.

It's weird... I ordered my ticket on the same day as my Club24 membership. I received the membership card days ago, but still no sign of my ticket.  ??? :( :( :(

The Race tickets can take a while to arrive.   Most of us ordered the tickets for this year before last years race.

I thought, it would take some time. I've just checked my account and it's getting even weirder... It says the money hasn't arrived yet. But it's been debited from my bank account two weeks ago, on the same day as the money for the club membership. Maybe I should contact the ticket office...

If you read any of the threads on Ticket Allocation or Ticket arrival you will see there is no rhyme or reason as to the order they seem to do things.

Last years thread was

As long as they have confirmed your order and or taken your money then I wouldn't worry till the end of May.

All this talk of Tickets arriving has put me in a bit of a Panic.   Mine arrived 6th March remembering what you did that long ago gets tricky when you get to my age.
