Off to Canada on 8th September for 3 weeks.

4 days Edmonton, then Whistler, Calgary, Banff (3 days - Banff Springs Hotel), Lake Louise, Jasper (3 days and some white water rafting), then to BC and visting Kamloops, Vernon then over to Victoria (3 days and some Whale watching).

Just relaxing really.

Canada Phil, any ideas? Where are the best hot springs?

This is all based on my Tax Rebate!!!!!!!! It's booked already.

Meandering off topic again.  Bugger.

At my age, it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night!!!!!!!!!!!
Then, growing old is compulsary, but growing up is just optional.

I don't do GREEN, I've got a 4x4

I will bring my pics on Tuesday mate... Awesome country Grin
The Manitoba national automobile museum is a must.... basically a well laid out scrapyard outside with a shed packed full of cars and unusual oddities. 2 Headed stuffed calf was a favourite, as were the framed newspaper clippings of Charles and Dianas wedding. Very odd... as was the Curate.

Hi from Denver

Wow what a long bloody way,

Flew Manchester - New York - Flew over Canada, that looks bloody cold, frozen sea and all.

Flew to Denver, was expecting to see snow 3ft deep, NOTHING, bit nippy and thats it.

Manage to get into the USA, but nearly annoyed the Immergation guy but was OK in the end. The custom guy had no sence of humor and let me thru with a big grunt and told me not to do it again. Hea right not claiming a $20 doller gift on the form will be the end of the world.

Any road off to get a drink and something to eat.

Check the blog, once I workout how to connect my small pc, I'll be a happy bunny.

Nice... you seem to have forgotten Mooning and public displays of nudity when over refreshed on very low % beer.
When expelling said beer... always good to "write" your name on the pavement in front of people.
I obviously dont encourage or support any of this type of behaviour and have never partaken in such acts.
