Andy... help me out here!!!

You must have some insider knowledge...

Are we to assume it's T.R. Meister at the wheel?

Wheel? What f**k*ng wheel?

Pic maybe taken at Plastic Pig Fest72 held at Drayton Manor Park and Zoo near Tamworth. I think I am right in saying the event was opened by Kenneth Wolstenholme.

On second thoughts, maybe it was being repaired at a factory that seems to produce plastic limbs and trunks for pink elephants. That all I can think it might be.

You have me stumped Rickmeister. (no offence to any three legged elephants who may be reading).

Russ is right about the driver, but have to say that Andy's year, location and other info is a smidgeon off the mark (like who cares anyway??).

Just a little chortle I was having with myself as we appraised the condition of the Bond Bug I was given before we decided to put the fecker up on ebay!! (Too much like hard work to restore this "beauty" .. and I don't just mean the "driver" either!!)

Told you I was bored today!!

Hmm... upon closer inspection... I think it looked liked R.Meister was holding something below the dash... I assumed (without really thinking) it would be a wheel... perhaps he's just enjoying the experience a little too much...  Grin

And hey, no complaints from me about helping to pass a little time during an otherwise uneventful day... anyone would get bored editing adult magazines all day anyway...

Rick, we need something as the centrepiece for our November 5th bonfire.
I reckon the Bond will burn beautifully.  Wink

Thanks for the thought Steve!!! (I think!!)

The plan is if it doesn't sell on ebay, then I take the angle grinder to it, save the nose and tail (funky disco 70s potential for the double garage I'm turning into a gym/leisure room) and junk the middle (which is the really grotty part.

If I change my mind, I'll trailer it down for the bonny!

One of our number had a fire in his previous cobra.  The car was completely burnt out and the fire had died down before the fire brigade arrived.  The car body 'shape' was perfectly intact until someone prodded the glassfibre body, which promptly disappeared into a pile of glass dust.
The resin had burnt away but the fibres had held the bodies shape - until disturbed  Cry

I thought about that but I think the compulsory excess of £50 would far outstrip the value!!!!
