That's good news, so we'll assign the first draft of the mad friday chapter to you, thanks in advance. No reason to hurry, if it's done within the next 2 - 3 month that will be OK, Le Mans 2007 is unfortunatley still some time away  Cry

Cheers

Having driven the Boulogne to LM 'Pretty Route for Sports Cars' that I suggested for the 2006 Guide, I've come to the conclusion that some parts are poorly signed and could be improved or removed.

We intend to investigate variations on the way to the Classic, with some alternate routes around Rouen and will expand on the previous simple instructions.

Will report back.

Hi Steve,

thanks in advance. Please think also about the way back to the UK, may be there's an alternative route.

Cheers

there are.. depending on how hungover your ar eand the weather!

namely the D1/D2/D909 north of Alencon.   on the way down we did those roads again (from Le Harve, Thursday morning) and came through rain/fog and sunshine!

A request:

Could someone going to the Classic get the exact postal adress of the supermarket(s) in Arnage (Super-U?) incl. opening hours, phone number and may be even a picture?

That could be used for the shopping section of next years guide.

Thanks in advance

Finally I am quite happy to update the map and where to watch if they were found to be useful??

Hi Dobbo,

thanks a lot for your very useful comments. Yes, an update of the map and the where to watch would be appreciated, I'll assign this task to you in the project plan

Cheers

It says it closed above - every Sunday.

Please can you remove Auchan from the list, as when I arrived Monday morning on the way home, there was virtually no beer left.

Small local Super-Us (Beaumont, Marolles les Braults etc) plus Inter Marche at St Cosme en Vairais etc are open on Sunday mornings but the big ones are not.

I've posted a request for feedback over on the Porsche club site.

I'll post any feedback for those that don't wander over here and log-in themselves.
