Working a bit better this morning - I managed to get 2 x ACO grandstand tickets.

Still no 'decent' campsite tickets available though.

Del

Agree with Del - was able to buy my allocation of ACO stand tickets today. The site is still a bl**dy nightmare to navigate though.

Having waited all day yesterday for the woman who had promised I could have my grandstand seats and 1 spot on MB, she sent me a very rude e-mail when I asked what had happened, to say that if I hadn't heard then it meant nothing had been done. Angry  So today, of course, there are no seats next to each other left in the only grandstand I can use.  I am not a happy bunny but we are at least in the same number seats if not the same row so are behind each other.  It gets more incompetent each year.

Team Langoustine and co - if you're taking reservations for the CA encampment I'll have two, even though the wheelchair won't move on the bl**dy stoney roadways.

New : check out your credits corresponding to your ACO member account by clicking here !

Which brings you straight back where you started !

Well that is one step up the swear ladder from 'boring'.   Wink

I'm bringing 3 "newbies" with me next year, and another camper ... wonder what hell we'll have to go through to get some good tickets.
Ordered 5 grandstand tickets at T23 2 years ago, all five on different rows  Angry.

So am I to assume that NO ONE has successfully ordered camping tickets online via ACO?

It would seem so.
Impressive service for it's members again.
I think that members of other nationalities will be having the same problems, it's not just us Brits.

Whoopee

I jave just managed to book an ACO grandstand ticket and parking using the web site.

I tried Monday evening and like others I goy the "not enough credit" but never say die I tried tonight and succeeded.  This time I selected the grandstand first using the interactive map and 'The Computer said YES.

I am now a happy bunny and counting the days.

Response from the ACO ticket office after I emailed requesting camp site tickets:

Dear Sir,

We have only availability in Beauséjour, Pincenardière and Dairon.

Best regards

Priority booking for sites you can buy when you get there??  It's long past a joke, and there will be (at least) one fewer ACO member next year.

Finally!

At random I decided to leave a blank password in the login details and clicked twice (ignoring the prompt to enter a password) and I managed to login.

I only wanted Mulsanne camping, so there was no issue with selling out, there were still Blue Nord/Sud, Houx, Houx Annex etc still showing available.

The allocation available looks much better than last year's Beausejour or bust selection - just a shame they hadn't explained the login system very well....

They're showing available until you try to book them - THEN it tells you there are none left.
