Hi,

I've been working on a wiki page to show the weather forecast for the week we'll (well most of us) be in Le Mans.

Now of course we all know the that the weather forecasts are rubbish.  I use accuweather.com to obtain the forecast not because they are more accurate but because the data is easy to collect.

I think it's pretty fair to say if any one organisiation could accurately predict the weather the rest would go out of business.

So where is the wiki page http://www.clubarnage.com/wiki/doku.php?id=weather:weather_forecast

For your convenience I also added a button to the menu bar.

Most useful, it's in one place and updated daily..........what more could a Lemoner want?

Doesn't Beermountail have its own weather forecast?

Anything over about 5 days is a joke.  I'm hoping this is true as I'm off on holiday next week and its going to p!$$ down, so it must be wrong

I tend to agree with you Lorry.   The forecast is never the same two days in a row. (Sweeping Generalization but pretty close to the truth).

Nice one, Lawnmower Man. I'm currently listening to the ALMS Series race at Laguna Seca while surfing the net and this will be especially helpful to me as I'm footslogging to Le Mans again.

Well the first update worked after I poked it a bit.   I made a fence post error.

The Sunday before is looking promising.but I'm sure that will change over time. Smiley

Moto GP from Le Mans was on TV earlier today.

A nice sunny day 30 degrees. Looks like it is warming up nicely.

The only problem with nice hot sunny weather is it tend to be prone to Thunder Storms and we all seen those a Le Mans.
So pack the wet weather gear.  Of course if the skies remain clear then the nights can get a but chilly so pack a nice warm fleece too.

Hmmm...    Things look to have taken a turn for the worse.  The Monday is looking decidedly below average.
Mind you they do have 14 days in which to change their minds.

I hope its not dry and dusty.I do not like it when its dry and dusty.

Is there anywhere to get ice within pedal bike distance of "The Blue Nord"?
Its nice to have a little ice in the "walk-about cooler".

My uncle Ian (Liverpool boys) always said every 5th year was a wet and wild one so working on that logic, this year should have been my 5th year and my 1st year was a scorcher from start to finish, you better pack the welly boots and waterproofs  Roll Eyes
