I seem to have overlooked this thread for the last 5+ weeks.  Grin

Fares from ORD-CDG have been hovering around $1,150.  That's for a nonstop on AA.  It's $75 cheaper to fly from Ohio to Chicago, then on to Paris on the same plane.  Go figure.  Roll Eyes

I'm about 9,000 FF miles short of doing this one for free, but I wouldn't get a nonstop on the way over.  Of course once I complete my trip, I'll have enough miles to do it.

That depends on the Missus.  I suggest you guys start the letter-writing campaign soon.  Grin

Hi Chop,

Airfares are a weird thing, at least from my point of view. Example my Delta booking  for my 2006 Sebring visit,  Munich to Atlanta then Atlanta to Miami with return from Philadelphia to Atlanta then Atlanta to Munich, this all for €316.00 (Euro). If I was to book only the Munich to Atlanta and return Atlanta to Munich flights the price was €368.00...same days, same flight numbers...figure that out  Huh My only advice when looking for cheaper airfares, have patience and do lot`s of internet price searching before you book. Good luck and see you in Sebring 2006, LeMans 2006 and as JP suggests a return to LeMans in 2007.
