Bird

Sorry to put a spanner in the works, but I have got a not so small child who still needs feeding & clothing etc WHEN WILL IT EVER GO AWAY Cry

I'm selling her at Christmas.  Cheesy

(stop dialling social services)

I'm also still lactating, which means leaving her is a bit of a problem. I'm sure you all needed to know that.

I'm not going either due to bad back but will have to make do with motors TV coverage which was good yesterday and Radio Le Mans which only seems to be running car reviews and no mention of race yet

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

Most seem to have gone already, only four users and a couple of guests online at the moment.

After 18 consecutive years I am not going this year......very sad.

To add to my misery I don't have Motors TV....anyone know if I can stream it over the internet??....or any coverage.

Will be attached to the pc and Radio Le Mans for 24hrs.....not the same though.

Pass the Valium!!! I'm not going either. Nor is Tom or Michael, my two. In short Tom has cleaned me out this year, and this will be the first Saturday night I've slept at home since Easter!! That's motor racing, I suppose!

Still, Motors TV will be on, and I've got to look on the bright side...... Tom racing at Knockhill in September!!!! Not quite the same as LeMans, eh?

So Tom? Will you be getting pit passes for me next year??

By my recconing, I'll need about 2000 for all the "Clubbers". That should go some way to making up for not going this year!!

 Tongue Tongue Wink

This year would have been my 20th consecutive visit  Sad

Thanks for the mention hgb, I am at least going to be watching on Motors TV and in truth will probably see more of the race this year than ever before.

I'm sitting here in the office thinking of my four mates who are at this very moment skipping along in their RV to Houx Annex...  Cry

Moved house last week and the money's too tight to mention!

Next year perhaps, need to start saving now!

Sorry Bobblehat, I didn't make it clear, did I?

I meant that for my Tom to make it up to us for not being able to afford to go this year, he'd better try damn hard to get a drive in next years race, and to make up for it get a pit pass for all the Club Arnagers who'd like to get in the pits area. I'm guessing that he'd need about 2000.

Cue tumbleweed...... again!

Watched the practice/qualifying again tonight.

I know I didn't see any of the actual race last year, but boy do I miss being there!
