have a good trip Colin, you will find us in many of the camp sites
Drive your chair into Bleu Nord as if you live there and you will find us all over the place like a rash
Club Arnage flags may abound and the Brethren's crew headquarters fleet is visible from space
Pop round for a tinny or a stubby

Completely sorted. See you there If it's last year's costume, please do just remember that was such a completely unsavoury and ungentlemanly look that inflicted severe mental trauma on everyone ....... Mg Mark Now you have made me NEED to be traumatised And also needing help from the costumier to The Brethren for suitably traumatising cossies too

I'm damned sorry to hear that news Del, rotten rubbish for you mate Me I'm just a slip of a lad, only 67 or 68 (who's counting? ) and Dame Fortune reckons I'm all right for at least a bit longer So I don't mind hanging on for Bob's appointed time at least and seeing what we get to in the mean time Lets face it I have a pair of younger knees to wear in walking the line, Tertre Rouge from the Dunlop bridge is one part of this year's plan, been a while since I did that Del, I will sink a sympathy stubby for you on Saturday night Then another Then...

Hope he or another takes the trip with you - can be a bit of a haul solo - remember well one year when a mate let me down with 2 days to go - not for any good reason, just that he hadn't told his missus he was going......
MG Mark
Oh come on Mark, it ain't a bad reason not to go Just a bad way to F up a mate I actually like the drive down alone, at least I get to choose the music and Gary's not far away if it all goes titzuppp reminds me, take out AA five star... I hope your chap came through Chris having a toll payer makes life easier, cheaper than the Sanef toll doohickey too

Pegasus may take up most of one day, especially if you get the chance to chat with Mme at the Café
My friend Bill and I were chatting with her for a couple of hours when we visited, 'specially since she discovered we were Brummies and she'd married into Brummy Nobility after the war
Wonderful lady with so much to tell
The Arromanches museum killed about three hours for me too, next day
So to recap, I think you will need a good four days to absorb most of the feel for that momentous event in Normandy
You will enjoy (enjoy? Not sure enjoy is right, it was a dreadful war after all) the visit though and never forget it
