Ok guys
Who is travelling on the Portsmouth to Cherbourg ferry on the wednesday night...........everybody seems to be doing Caen or Le Havre or am I mistaken.

I thought this run was cancelled - we booked it last year then they called us to say it was cancelled and transferred us to Caen with no extra cost (our usual run)...I'm referring to Brittany Ferries - are you going P&O?

I'm going Portsmouth-Cherbourg too! I guess it's P&O, as long as it doesn't sink it'll be marvellous. It's supposed to be the fast one, so I reckon that means it's pointier at the front end than the others. I'm on the Tuesday afternoon crossing though, I'll leave a present for you in the Gents, it should be easy enough to find. H PS If anyone needs any further tips on naval architecture, just let me know.

Are you sure??? Brittany Ferries I believe run to cherbourg from Poole.
