Could AC/DC play at Le Mans? They are doing Hockenheimring, Red Bull ring and playing Imola autodromo, how could Brian miss out on a chance like that only a week before Koln it's just up the road.

That would be great but probably a bigger band than Le Mans usually gets.

I've concluded that in recent years the bands at Le Mans alternate between French Band that we have never heard of and not bad international choices the following year. Last year was a year of French Bands, so maybe AC/DC could be on the cards.

Might almost be tempted to take a break from the race for them. Perhaps.

It would be nice but I can imagine lots of people paying the GA just to see them and not the race.

That stage and area isn't big enough for a band like AC/DC, there would be a crush and casualties as a result, so it won't happen.

Status Quo performed at the 24h Moto in 2011, so it is not that much of a stretch of the imagination that AC/DC might play in June.

But did Status Quo ever sell out 72,000 tickets to Wembley stadium in 30 minutes. I doubt it.
