hello all, last minute panic.....should we buy bicycle helmets for our petrol scooters? Is it going to limit our 'scooting'....and wats all this scooter pass business that ive seen mentioned?! There not even road legal!

I think you need a helmet and pass to take one into the circuit.

Thanks, do you mean physically on the track....obviously we will have them with us anyway as they are stuffed in the back of the wagon! Also whats the pass and where do i get one?

Ask at the Accueil general inside the expo centre for your pass.

Helmet is an obligation, otherwise they can keep your pass and/or confiscate your vehicle...

Gilles, correct me if I'm wrong, but to get a pass to take a scooter into the village, you have to be working there in some capacity.

in fact some VIPs and individuals have pass without working, just ask the way to be in the ACO law.

if you wanna drive only in campsite however you won't need any pass (out of your camping pass on your main vehicle.
