Post by: amazing 1 on April 29, 2010, 07:33:49 pm

UK pounds  =  1.59
euro          =  1.385

Thats probably better than its been for a while. It might get better still if the Germans dont lend the Greeks a huge amount of cash!

Weak joke -

Q - whats a greek urn?

A - Not nearly enough?

You need to decide whether what happens next Thursday will send the £ up or down vs the $ and the €.

It will be great to see you Randy, whatever exchange rate you get. ;D

Just now on the brink of 1.18.  At this rate I'll be able to afford to eat soon.

That's what we've been doing for years! Also, the do a credit card with the same zero or miniscule fees which is quite handy to take as a backup and for large purchases!
