Yes the auto MGB had a higher ratio, not sure what it was, that was fitted 32 years ago, I bought the car for £100.00, I think it does 100mph at 4000 rpm, or so,  Pat

I converted my MGA 1600 MK1 to tuned MGB engine and 3 synchro box with MGB auto diff in 1974, cruises at 100, max 125, built it to drive to Greece, did it twice in 75 and 77, still have the car!     ;)Pat

  just got my camping ticket from a friend, it is yellow with "tertre rouge" in large letters across the centre, it says in small letters "itineraire rouge" under that, it has a picture of a tent and caravan on the left, I am just checking that it is a camping ticket and not a carpark ticket as it is so different from lastyears?

Hi, I may have a couple of seats in my camper, cost share basis, leaving Epping (just north of London) early 11th back early 16th, camping Tetre Rouge, taking three Honda 90's to use when there, been every year since 87 so know the ropes, expect cost to be about £150 to £175 per person all in, ferry, fuel, food,beer, race tickets etc.
