Hi Randy,
               I understand the big leap across the pond is a hurdle. Keep looking the deals are out there.  Sometimes the most unlikely places are the cheapest. try O Hare, Miami, Atlanta, Philidelphia, and of course New York. Even going through Toronto might work.  Gab has an interesting offerwhich I highly recomend he is a great travel companion. lack of time prevented me from doing that.  
Travel agents call them "Open Jaws"
when you fly into one and out of another city, strangely enough sometimes cheaper too.
Track end is already sorted from above posts. Now all you need is to decide what else you want to see/do.

Still Lurking ,been busy at work and the computer at home has been infected so it will be down for awhile.I am going to start looking forward to
next year.This year could happen if I pushed ,but I have alot of issues
dealing with my parents health issues.Both are in nursing facilities.and my
father was admitted to hospital again late last night.
