Eurosport UK (not sure about anywhere else)are doing a daily program starting Monday from Le Mans during the build up. includes interviews & analysis  ;)

Thursday 10th June
  18:00 Qualifying Le Mans 24 Hours British Eurosport 2 (18:00-18:30)
British Eurosport (19:00-20:00, 21:00-23:00)

Saturday 12th June
  08:00 Warm-up Le Mans 24 Hours British Eurosport (08:00-08:45)
  10:00 Legends Support Race Le Mans 24 Hours British Eurosport (10:00-11:00)
  13:45 Le Mans 24 Hours British Eurosport (13:45-15:15, 21:00-21:30, 22:15-23:00, 23:30-02:00)
