I will be spending the October half term holidays in the South of France and will be paying a visit to Monaco, I believe there is a bar somewhere close to the track which is a shrine to the GP Race. Does anybody have any ideas/clues to its name and actual location in the principality?

Due to the extension of the hospital. Rosie's had to be destroyed. Crying shame really. Autographs and pictures all over the walls.
However. There is/was another bar just down from Casino Square, called Tip Top bar.
Again drivers and suchlike used to frequent on the Thursday night.

Stars and Bars on the waterfront was a favourite hang out when I was covering GPs in the late nineties, lots of motor memorabilia at the time, might still be there.

A number of the bars in the port area had photos and stuff, walked the full length of the track with a 10 year old a er in doorz in tow. Quite liked the place, very clean and plenty of coppers on every street, it was even cheaper to park the car than in Chester for the day ??? Have to say I'm might impressed as to how those boys peddle a motor round so blimin quick round the track.
