Which is the biggest engine winning Le Mans ?

Is it the Jag V12 from 1988 and 1990, 7 litres.
Failing that one of the Ford GT40s again a 7 litre

 i reckon it may be one the early races, when size wasn't an issue, could it be an aero engined beastie, of 14+ litres
