Tickets for next year have been successfully purchased using the ACO's online booking system and it was a smooth and efficient process - a big improvement over previous years!

But there is more... Having made an error and booked four, instead of two, camping permits I sent a plaintive email to the ACO asking for their help to rectify my mistake.  Less than 48 hours after sending the email they had issued a revised booking confirmation and credited my account with the amount I had over spent.

No fuss, no bother, no complications.

Hats off, they have really raised their game this year.

Have the subcontracted the admin out to a third world country? You know, one with a customer service ethic like say Canada??
