It's a M.A.P. diesel supercharged 4 cylinder 5 litre raced in 1950 by Mr Veyron. Dunno who the other guy was ?????

One of two diesel powered cars at Le Mans in 1950. The M.A.P was a blown, mid-engined, diesel that was over 50 years before its time!

The woman in the doorway does not look at all happy to see tractor power. Clearly a traditionalist.
