Title: French gas bottles Post by: Ian (Liverpool Boys) on April 18, 2014, 03:36:44 pm Some discussion in our group about changing from uk supply calor 28kg gas to French equivalent .anybody any ideas about bottle deposits etc
Cheers Ian Title: Re: French gas bottles Post by: JDS on April 19, 2014, 10:02:34 am IIRC, deposit on 13kg Butagaz bottle is i.r.o. 30€. You will also need to change your regulator as well as the French fittings are completely different. Finally, don't forget the new gas rule that it's banned on ACO websites (read into that what you will)

Title: Re: French gas bottles Post by: NorwayNick on April 25, 2014, 02:54:24 pm Yes me and Mike as we did it last year. Just go to the man in the little hut at the gas station in Arnage super u and he will give you a bottle and regulator, you can use your address in Uk for deposit and its around 20 euros plus the price of the gas
Nick p.s gas bottles not banned if they are attached to a caravan |
