Does anybody know if the ACO are they accepting booking forms as in previous years before the online madness starts ?

"Ticket sales for the 2015 edition – 13th & 14th June – will open first for ACO members on November, 25th at 10:30 am (French time) until midnight November 27th.
And then on November, 28th at 10:30 am (French time) for the General Public.
Therefore, we invite you to reiterate your booking at that time on http://www.24h-lemans.com/en/
We will not proceed to any booking before the 25th November.
