That is a double waste of money cos first I make costs to change to Pounds and than Robbo makes extra costs to change back to Euros in order to be able to buy a beer in June.... ::)
Bartus(who is rather pennywise)
I have had my bottom smacked and decided that i must remove all hurtfull material from this thread , but must leave all material hurtful against Vettes on the site, just to please Mr Harper
Or if Matt was REALLY desparate, and the shirts were ready by March, someone might take it to Sebring...?
Has anyone elses' Mrs been in labor for 4 f**cking days? Took 30 seconds to get this started 9-10 months ago! This is driving me insane.
Cheers on the shirt jpchenet. Sebring shirt it is - assuming that she's had the kid by then! Appreciate you taking care of this. I look forward to my permanent Guinness stain down the front.....
HGB - Sorry , the t shirts will only be printed once peoples money has cleared the banks.
What you building with all these - A Tent
And from behind , just for Big H
Ha! What a relief to see that het majesty employs trustworthy mailmen and my money has arrived at Robbo. Dis you see the Euro-sign on the 10 pound-note? ::)
Please put me on the list for an XL, thanks in advance!
Bartus(who keeps on looking at his mailbox to see when the t-shirt arrives)

A true star - many thanks for organising it - a major feat and use of your time, for which I, for one, am very grateful. Ta ;D
Anyone for merchandise
As the owner of the printers cant give me an even lower price so that i "get a drink" out of it , he will be printing up a few mugs for me.
Anyone for merchandise
Despite very rigourous checking, i will have 20 un paid for t shirts in 12 days time.
BIG H - it would appear that i am kitting everyone out in matching , shirts, socks and MUGS.
Next year , we can get Gazebbo's , Trailers, Mini's ,Monkey Bikes and hopefully our own brand of beer or wine.
Or i will just get the T shirts for this year.
Mugs - maybe for a few.
Those who haven't paid have been written to more than once, so if you haven't heard you can put your mind at rest.
Other avenues for contacting people have also been explored.
Although the problem is very significant for Robbo's cashflow and sanity, it isn't widespread, and we can easily find a solution.
Now where's your address. ???
Thanks Rick, found it and posted it a few mins agoNow where's your address. ???

Wishy
Robbo,
Bearing in mind GF runs and pays for this site out of his own pocket, maybe if there is any profit, we could consider giving him his shirt to say thanks.
Just an idea anyway. What do other folks think??
All Money and Cheques recieved except Grand Fromage
???
Robbo,
I'd like a teeshirt [large] but it sounds like you don't have any left. if you get enough interest for a 2nd run then include me in.
If by chance a large becomes available, I'll have a cheque in the post sharpish....
Dickie

Erm, speaking as someone who's had the whole winter off this site, I seem to have missed a t shirt opportunity. Is the the case or will any more be made available?
Lord Steve
you are a sucker for punishment! :D
The T Shirts have been POSTED.
I've just got home and there's a Post Office card on the mat saying there's a parcel at the post office to collect as the parcel is "too big for your letter box".....
.....I wonder ??
Right, just got back from the post office.Steve , i will be interested to see what your club badge looks like on the t shirts as well.
Robbo, why have you sent me your dirty washing ??
Do you want the collars starching ??
But seriously folks, bloody excellent job (proper job??). They're very good, I haven't 'modelled' one yet - not as good as Anna.
Thanks very much Robbo, sterling bloke.
(does anyone know a good hernia specialist?)

My lot have got their CA nicknames n the back in red lettering
Smokie, when are you off to Sebring. I have Matt and Dave Harper's t-shirts here. If you will be meeting with them when you are over there and assuming they want them sooner rather than later any chance we could meet up so you could take them with you??
Thoughtful as ever JPC - many thanks! We'll hand over the Rolex and Sebring counterparts to Smokey, when we see him next month(Assuming that's OK with you Smokes......)
The only complaint is that they are not full of Anna!!

I will be organising a second print run. i have recieved a few more orders.
For those of you who have had to change their plans , let me know. The detailsare on page 1 .
The shirts are still £9 inc postage.
They will be printed at the end of March and posted soon after. Then its tough luck for this year.
Mine also arrived this morning, thankyou Robbo for an excellent job in organising this, amd to Big H for the original idea.
Cheers

It is well known that Crawley girls are choosy
Oy! you leave Bewbush alone, it's great. My office is nearby and I go there regularly to use the Post Office. Well, I say great, actually I call it Hooded Tracksuit Town. The ground is littered with millions of cubes of broken bus stop glass, packs of Burberry baseball capped youths roam the precinct, just waiting for the opportunity to vandalise or thieve and generally it's drowning in the vomit of it's own ethos. :'(It is well known that Crawley girls are choosy
Which part of Crawley would that be Nordic? Not Broadfield or Bewbush I bet!

Incidentally, after a recent visit to Crawley for "refreshment" one evening, being somewhat "over refreshed", I found myself in a Crawley kebab shop at 11.00 at night. There was a typical Crawley mum with her two kids in there. Youngest kiddy was a baby in a pushchair, the oldest was about five, complete with mini tracksuit, shaven head and an earring. He was quite a live wire and was looking at the various foods etc behind the chiller cabinet glass. Suddenly his little eyes lit up as he saw what was rotating on the big stick in the window. "What's that thing, mum?" he said as he pointed exitedly "What is it?". His mother put a caring arm around his shoulders and said, "Son. That's the Donor Kebab". I like to think he had been shown the holy grail. :-X :D ;)
Don't you think Crawley has improved out of all sight recently? ???
Did I really ordered TWO T-shirts ?No you didnt , but i said i would give you a T shirt for the help in November and you had already sent money. :)
not gonna be able to turn around at Le Mans without bumping into a CA t-shirt wearing drunk. Cant wait....!And if other years are to go by, quite a few of the wearers will be from Liverpool, can't wait, I can feel the 100 day count down comin on quite quickly.

Has anyone had any experience / success / comments about those print-on / iron-on sheets you can get from PC World etc?

I want to 'customise' our CA t-shirts with our club LM logo (about 4" square) and don't particularly want to f**ck up a damn good t-shirt.

Nice t-shirt indeed...but you sent me the version with the union-jack on the sleeve and I ordered the one with our own red, white and blue... ;D

Chris, didn't she ask for chilli sauce on the daughter's kebab?
You won't be surprised to learn the kebab shop to which I refered was the Matter of Taste in the High street, (part news agents, part kebab shop).

The Fastway works haven't half improved the town!
How the fluck did we get onto bus lanes on a T shirt thread. I can see this turning into a human waste discussion shortly.
Keep the bus lanes.

I read on a thread that some of the nladies may not have t shirts!!
It maybe that i have 4 Medium Sized shirts available,
I had thought of trying to give one to Amanda Stretton and one to a Tropic girl, but the others , No Idea..
I would be nice to sell them all, to get my dosh back, but . Thats Life.
I had thought of trying to give one to Amanda Stretton and one to a Tropic girl
Mr RS2, you do know Robbo only has medium left, sounding better all the time.
Brian.
Robbo, I was not having a go at you mate, my statement that you only had medium T's left was directed towards the size of the ladies Mr RS2 was enquiring about.Mr RS2, you do know Robbo only has medium left, sounding better all the time.
Brian.
I only have Medium left as there have been further issues with Payments
I will wait until later ( start of May ) to see if payment is forth coming.
Please no joking about payment ideas. I am a little PISSED off now.

Bill
;)
I havent had the "pleasure" of paula yet and wouldnt want to embarress the poor lass.
The last thing she needs is a horny late 20' male fitting a shirt to her !!!
But if asked nicely !!! ;)
I think it's up to us to thank you, Robbo.
That's pretty good service.
For the 20 t-shirts I had customised with our design, I had to sign a disclaimer in case they spilt ink over the CA t-shirts.

Yes - I thought so too. I think they had a similar discliamer about making mistakes (these are the heat transfer people rather than ink printers mind) but the poor sod who got the spelling wrong had already made the offer to replace, and I had of course accepted it.
Took a couple of weeks but a reasonable job. I was told by the operative concerned that he was close to getting the sack for making the offer as it was not company policy. I think that a little more apologising when things go wrong and making the effort to make amends goes a long way. I would certainly use them again so it cannot be TOO bad for business eh?
Steve your sure know I was.I havent had the "pleasure" of paula yet and wouldnt want to embarress the poor lass.

I'm sure she would oblige. She was VERY accomodating at PQ. :-*
It's nice to hear stories like this where customer service comes through. Too often we only hear about bad experiences. :)
It may worth expressing your sentiments re: level of service and therefore repeat business in the future to the management there. As least it may help secure the guys job a little more!! :)
