Smug barsteward all booked this morning

Similar issue to last year couldn't complete the order kept telling me my order had modified my access rights and returned me to my shopping cart over and over again. When this timed out i was then able to buy the required tickets but not at ACO rates for some of them like my previous selection was still being held somewhere in the mystery that is the ACO's servers.
Managed to get my order through but now have to email the ACO to refund my overcharge, why is it never easy ::) ::) ::)
-
Same here, have been able to purchase tickets but only at the full rate was unable to select the discounted option despite it saying "Your and ACO Member" at the top of the screen.
Also couldn't access tribune tickets in the ACO stands.
At least it didn't crash on me!

Well, I spent most of the day trying to get tickets as an ACO member.
Unfortunately (yet again this year!!) the ticketing web site either wouldn't let me complete my order or crashed when I went to check out. I am currently ticket-less, the bar-stewards!!
The main reason for using the ACO is to get grandstands tickets in 17 or 18. It would seem from the ticketing web site that there are currently none of these grandstand tickets left.
Have emailed the ACO to complain & they've said they'll get back to me. I don't hold out much hope.

Welcome Martin...
Let's hope you get a result, good luck.

Good luck with that, I'm still waiting for a reply from last year...
If I was the ACO I would be treating everyone very nicely in view of Audi's earlier announcement.
Call me cynical but the ACO open bookings yesterday but Audi's announcement is made the day after rather than the day before. How many Audi fans will be feeling ripped off this morning?

The Liverpool boys will be on Bleu Nord again next year. Tickets sorted ;D

Similar issues to some others on here. Managed eventually to get all required tickets EXCEPT the all important (for us) Tribune 18. Availability was showing for the tribune tickets but every time we tried to select our preferences the site responded 'your selection exceeds the current availability' which was odd as the availability was showing in the high hundreds and I was only selecting one! After numerous attempts I gave up and checked out with what we did have.
I then emailed the ticket office stating the problems we were having. They, to be fair, responded quite quickly with an old style order form showing our already ordered items, along with the 2 required tribune tickets. We have therefore secured what we wanted, but not by straightforward means.
Friends of ours had no problem at all and we were applying at much the same time!
Go figure......
-
Ticket and camping permit sorted.
I'll be on Expo as soon as it opens.
-
After a quick e-mail on the 25th to complain about not being able to apply member discount when booking I am pleased to say Ive now received an appropriate rebate, quite speedy for the ACO!
Still missed out on ACO Grandstand tickets though :-/
-
Shock and Aww !!!
Did anyone else receive their tickets from the the ACO already !
Someone at Le ACO must have got their "derriere en marche"
Excuse my french ;)
-
We got ours a week ago. Very quick this year.

Uh-oh. Not "towing the line", I can't imagine their employ by the ACO will be for very long.... :-\ ;)
-
Does that mean ticket agents will send them out this quickly as well?
-
Mine arrived last week, never received them this early before, they even beat the Credit Card bill for them arriving .

Well what a turn up. A genuine first, against any odds, let alone long odds on recent elections or referendum! So much for the "where are our tickets" thread stretching into late May....

Well, I thought it had all gone too smoothly. Just been e-mailed to say I need to return my tickets!
Because the website wouldn't apply my ACO discount back in October I paid full price while booking and then ACO reimbursed me after. Now it turns out I have to have different member specific tickets and my original ones have been cancelled.
How ridiculous just to keep the red tape flowing, what does it matter what the ticket says!!

I have received similar email today. I had managed to get two GE's at ACO rate but they want me to return everything else to them. My question is who is going to pay for these to be sent securely/registered back to the incompetent ACO ? I don't wish to send them in standard post as then it would be my word against theirs in they don't arrive. Out of principle i don't feel i should pay a penny for their F'up.
