Title: Roadblocks in & around Rouen

Seems like they're blocking te road right through Rouen at the moment >:(

Best I fill up in Portsmouth before we catch the overnight ferry to Caen on Friday me thinks. Just in case.

Mind you there weren't any problems in the LM area last time so hopefully it'll all be ok.
