Have you got MS Photo Editor on your machine (under MS Office Tools)??

If so, you can resize it through there. Obviously there are many commercial products available too.

Otherwise, email it over to me and I'll resize it for you!!  :)

Gib, it looks like you need an IT lesson, I'll talk to Mrs B.  But it may have to be in a pub in Soho.  :D

I am NOT getting involved with a fellow members wife in ANY pub  ;D

Look the bl**dy things were scanned as tif's (it's the only way our stupid software works) converted to jpg's, and then I just couldn't open the wretched things, and re-size them.

How the heck did you do it mark?

Just opened it in Ms Photo Editor, then chose > Image > Resize and then reduced them by about 70%.

Check with your system admin why yours doesn't work properly........or maybe not if you're not supposed to be "playing" in work time.  ;D

Ah well now then 'playing in work time'.  Ahem, I'd rather not call it that if you don't mind.

Don't know what's happening.  Couldn't open photo editor properly yesterday, but it's OK today ???

Blated things seem designed to confound mere mortals on ocasions ::)

Thanks for the help, much appreciated ;)

According to those in the know, it's a "feature" of the software  ;)

And if you phone technical supprt they'll just tell you to "Try rebooting your computer!"

The secret is that the time delay required in you rebooting gives thgem time to leave the telephones unmanned so if you still have the problem they are unavailable!!  ;)
