There is a new pedestrian bridge over the tunnel opposite the main entrance.it should make trackside wandering easier but it looks very narrow.
-
Is that over the track or just over the road that leads from the tunnel to the main vehicle entrance?

It goes at the edge of the tunnel over the road, it should help alleviate the chaos of people trying to cross the road, unless it ends up as spectating point that is

Good idea, but I hope it's wide enough to cope with the numbers, as I would expect the ACO to barrier off the ability to cross the road.
From past experience expect chaos!
Hope not though.

And will be named after the mighty don Panoz.

It would seem this idea originated with Dr Don Panoz a number of years ago. He even offered to pay for it.
Like Barry I suspect it will be chaos. As there are always a few diots that can not follow the one side going other coming back of the pedestrian walkways I doubt they will be willing to climb the stairs to use the bridge.

Hi Phil, it's been a while, hope all is okay. Going through my photo library yesterday, as we are locked down, and came across some Sebring pictures, sad to see Pidge - but great memories, especially when we had that freak rainstorm/tornado he was a really great guy. You take care.

It say's new toilets as well. Don't say they are going to knock down the old pee against the wall and wash your hands in the trough at the top ones.

I remember the first time I went in '85 on one of the sites there was this big roundish building with showers and sinks inside, all cold water! and urinals all around the outside just screwed to the wall.

Are there any stairs? On the Dunlop side it comes off the raised banking I think - its less clear what happens the other side. However would seem odd to build it with stairs these days.
