Title: Fantasy WRC is OPEN for 2004

Just to let you chaps know that Dreamracers Fantasy WRC (http://www.dreamracers.net/wrc) OPEN AGAIN FOR 2004!!

Few changes from last year - no tyre choices, reintroduction of co-drivers, only official entries score/lose points.
