for the Rickmeister who has taken so many brilliant photos of the T.W.A.T.S. over the past few years.

Rick, I presume you will be at PQ, so lets arrange an official handing over of the shirt in the bar of course!

I will indeed be at testing, handover booked into my schedule! I normally get into the circuit around mid-morn on the Saturday.

Rick - we arrive lunchtime Saturday too, so we must make some arrangements nearer the time.

rcutler - It's Melissa and Manny, and we talk regularly, they are coming again this year!

Smokie - We all OK thanks, not long before the Audi gets another pasting of burning rubber...

That's right I must admit everything that night became a bit blury and memory was almost shot to bits. I managed to piece most of it back together on seeing the pictures,

I have a pic of an Audi with T.W.A.T logos all over it somewhere - its from at least 2 years ago and there is a series of them - it starts oinously, and then the car disappears from all the tyre smoke :-)

Grey Audi A4 i think it was.......anyone lay claim to it??

OK - I'll try and dig em out tonight.....

I seem to remember seeing a Vette with a Twats sticker as well that year - perhaps we should do a deal - i'll send you the photos if you arrange a ride in the Vette up and down the strip on Mad Friday :-)

2002 - I was in Audi A4
2001 - I was in the Vectra GSi

on both occassions I destroyed a set of front tyres (2002) and all four tyres (2001)

any photos would be really appreciated...as far as a ride in the Vette and I presume you mean the Corvette we took in 2002, then I'm afraid your out of luck because it has since been sold. But I'm sure we could arrange something else to satisfy your needs!

Didn't the clutch give way in 2001 too?
