Title: Some Club Arnage Pics

I noticed you guys post pictures of yourselves at Le Mans here, so I thought I'd post one of the Club Arnage crew at work from 2001.  It was taken at about 3:30 am in the Press Room above the pits.  The highlighted section is our "area".  I'm the one on the right.  We were working on about 30 hours of no sleep and this was about 3 minutes before I fell asleep and my head nailed the screen (that picture is sadly missing).  So the moral of the story is: Every time you guys feel the need to gripe about the service here, remember that this is lengths we'll go to get you 24 hour coverage.  And we don't get paid for it!  Actually, in all honesty, I think I'd pay them for this opportunity if they asked.

it looks like you were prepared, was that an alarm clock down to the right of you?
some guy beet you to it in the background proped up against the post.
no gripes from me, you folks and radio lemans do a sterling job, thank you very much indeed.

My god - very blurry eyes!!!  Even on that distance!

Ah so now I can put face to name!!

Nice to see Lennart still hard at it in the wee hours too, but where was Dave? (And more importantly, where was Rhowena?????)

Well Dave was off with our photographers taking piscture in pits I think.   The writers are out of the picture.  I don't know who Rhowena is.

Chris, how could you forget Rhowena? She was the very nice young lady that Dave brought along to adorn the bonnets of race cars, all in the name of glamour photography!

Sorry Chris, me being half awake again, didn't read the 2001 bit!! The lovely Rhowena was last year .. doh!

You would have to have been really dedicated to the cause to have not noticed those legs (and the rest!).
