We're considering a last minute trip and I just want to be absolutely 100% totally utterly sure that you can always get tickets on the day.
Are they still 58 euros or do they hike the price on race day?
-
No they are the same price on the door and you can always get them on the day.
I hope so as we have yet to buy GA tickets
-
Price should go down really, as you've missed PQ and the Wed/Thur qualifying. I'll be buying mine on the door!
-
Always get mine on the door, helps to spread the costs.
they have NEVER sold out, and Never will. They have i believe an UNLIMITED capacity.
-
I suppose with most sports/social events there is a limit on the tickets by the area in which the event covers. Ie. Glastonbury/Homelands has limited numbers because of the size of the fields. Overcrowding will never happen a LM bacause there must be some thousand acres inside the circuit.

I'm getting mine on the door - along with camping ones.

Where are you planning on camping then??
-
Almost anywhere, judging by the Sell/swap forum!
-
In 25 years I only once could not buy a camping ticket on the gate. That was in 1999 even then I found a palce to camp. As far a general enclosure tickets I don't think there is a limit they just keep printing them.

I think there will be a little more space on the campsites this year, maybe due to the footie and the lack of a big name brit team.
There are still loads for sale on e.bay and the news that you can still but grandstands tickets is suprising.
BTW I have a camping pass for sale ;D
The last time I brought a camping pass at the gate was 95 in the houx before it got all powered and tidy.

Where have you seen news of Grandstand tickets for sale (outside the Buy/Sell Forum & Eb&%)? I am still looking for two withb a view of the pits!
Cheers
