Moderators- you may want to remove this, not wishing to p**s on anyone's fireworks, but there's a whole heap of legal stuff flyng around at the moment towards various website owners that provide links to the video. Needless to say the video does not come with VW's approval, they are completely enraged & taking legal action with anyone involved, regardless of what their role is.
(ps- I don't work for VW).

Just a friendly suggestion, that's all.

LOL... They will have very busy lawyers then.....

I cant see on what grounds they can sue over a link.

There's been similar car related videos before, such as the Ford Ka with the bonnet that shoots up and catapults the bird when it lands on it.
I'm sure Ford did not produce that either.

Also, Sniff Petrol seems to continually have a big dig at all the car manufacturers and gets away with it!

I had a search around and can't find any evidence of legal threats at the moment, but I will keep checking.

Bad taste maybe. (I laughed though).

Just FYI, a website and it's owners and anyone else connected with it CAN land in trouble for content not present on the website itself (i.e. links), and most responsible webmasters (and moderators!) would sooner err on the side of caution when controversial stuff is posted, as there can be very real risks of costly and time consuming legal action, even though it may lead to nothing.

So don't be surprised if any controversial stuff is deleted without explanation. And this is fact - not really up for discussion...  :)
