Thought I would start a thread to see who's not going to Silverstone.
Me for one, as i didn't win a ticket on Planet Rock and got no reply to my Wanted ad on Small ads at work.
So what are peoples plans for watching the race on TV then ?
Mine, crash out on the couch, box of chocolates, a few beers etc.

Steve - Should you not also be donning a knackered corduroy jacket, some old brogues, a hand knitted jumper and wearing a false beard to make the experience more realistic?
As for me I will also not be going to Silverstone unfortunately. I guess I will also not be seeing it on TV either as I guess that it is not being transmitted on digital terrestrial :( Oh well.... not too long until La Sarthe

Hmm, put me down for a no-show too.
Can't get the time off, no good enough behaviour :D
And also can't wear the false beard 'cos the real one plays 'avoc with the spirit glue. Tweedy sports jacket* doesn't fit anymore and the brogues are at the blacksmith being re-segged, won't be ready 'til the Wednesday morning...
*corduroy was banned as a health hazard under EU H&S Directive 145/9b/thingy summat last year wasn't it? (Should have been)
But I will wear my oldest wooly sweater in honour of the occasion.
