Hope it stays like this, although i begin to suspect that Accuweather puts out a random selection of weather types regardless of any actual forcasting... We are British for Christs sake we are used to Bloody awful weather. A few blackclouds and a drop of rain are not gonna stop me from having a great time it's only water after all. Title: Re:Weather Post by: Andy Zarse on June 07, 2005, 02:00:46 pm All these weather forecasts are utter crap. I tell this story every year.
A few years ago I went to New Zealand to watch England thrash the Black Caps at cricket. Just before I left I checked Accuweather or some such rubbish pseudo-meteorological website. It said it was bitter cold and snow was expected. Imagine my surprise, in turning up in Aukland airport some thirty hours layer dressed up as Nanuke of the North for an especially inclement arctic day's seal hunting, only to find temperatures in the high 80 degrees and people walking around in flipflops and shorts. Useless bastards, the lot of them. It's still going to be a wet week at LM though. Title: Re:Weather Post by: Neal on June 07, 2005, 02:21:32 pm Andy
Can I feel a Commer curse coming on? Title: Re:Weather Post by: president on June 07, 2005, 05:28:48 pm the teams we spoke top at PQ's are expecting RAIN for race weekend :o :o :o

(ps a shower of toads would be nice too, but no need for the boils again this year thanks), In the name of all things Chrysler, Shine the light commercial vehicle perpetual, Hallowed be thy name, The father, the son and the holy gearbox. Amen. I take it that was what you wanted Whitey. Or have I misunderstood again? ??? Chris Title: Re:Weather Post by: Nobby Diesel on June 10, 2005, 01:48:59 pm Spoke to my sister in law who is with Aston at the circuit.
Yesterday, she said it was shorts, t shirts and sunscreen conditions, with people getting torched by the sun due to the constant breeze lulling them into a false sense of security. She said that the teams were working on a dry, warm race preparation, as that is their forecast info'. As a point of interest, accuweather said yesterday was most partially sunny, 21 degrees and comfortable. She reported it was considerably warmer and very sunny. Depends who you believe? Looking good though, I would say. Title: Re:Weather Post by: Brian(Liverpool boys) on June 10, 2005, 04:56:24 pm Nobby, rather beleive your sister. 8) 8) 8)
