Title: Campsite Haute Cuisine at Hombres Central

On the Tres Hombres barbie this year:

Saucisson d'Indianapolis
Spicy sausage, flame grilled to perfection over hickory seasoned barbecue coals.

Kebabs d'Arnage
Succulent vegetable kebabs, served with a subtle coating of chef's barbecue sauce.

Poulet a la Stella
Tender goujons of chicken breast, soaked in a piquant marinade of Stella Artois before being cooked to perfection before your very eyes. (A Tres Hombres favourite)

Boeuff de Bentley
A dish of rare quality which makes use of the very finest beef, seared over red hot coals with arse burning chilli marinade and served in a freshly toasted baguette with our own recipe "sauce tomate".

Not only getting very impatient now but also very hungry!

Would you like some spicy condiments for your menu du gourmand m'lud, cos I've some doosey's that'll help your digestion with all tha rich food.  ;)
