On the Tres Hombres barbie this year:
Saucisson d'Indianapolis
Spicy sausage, flame grilled to perfection over hickory seasoned barbecue coals.
Kebabs d'Arnage
Succulent vegetable kebabs, served with a subtle coating of chef's barbecue sauce.
Poulet a la Stella
Tender goujons of chicken breast, soaked in a piquant marinade of Stella Artois before being cooked to perfection before your very eyes. (A Tres Hombres favourite)
Boeuff de Bentley
A dish of rare quality which makes use of the very finest beef, seared over red hot coals with arse burning chilli marinade and served in a freshly toasted baguette with our own recipe "sauce tomate".
Not only getting very impatient now but also very hungry!
