I am miles from home and have just noticed a film I have been wanting to record for ages is on channel 4 at 1pm today. has anyone got access to a dvd recorder at this short notice and can record it for me. The film is called "The Train" starring Burt Lancaster.

Recored on Sky plus,

Hopefully it will start recording at the begining, if not you have missed the first 10 min.

If you want it I will transfer it to a tape.

Thanks for that Nopanic. A tape is no good as I have got rid of my VCR. I just tracked down a copy on DVD from Amazon I must buy it as it is such a good film. Thanks any way for going to the trouble.

Train them? they still havn't forgiven me for leaving them all night :'(
