120 and apparently: Your unusual talent of being equally good at both mathematical and verbal skills, paired with the way you learn through experience, makes you an Inventive Inquisitor. You understand the world by "learning through living" and are able to teach others by taking them through actual experiences.
-
118, but I have had a bottle of wine with dinner and a couple of vodkas.
Martin...
At least I have proof...
-
That'll be 136, which apparently makes me a "visionary philosopher"............ ;D
MG Mark

Will have to try again...tomorrow!
Martini...

"Your IQ score is 133"
That'swhat the man said
-
127.
You've got a very experiential way of learning and a strong mathematical mind and you have mastered the art and science of precision. That's what makes you a Precision Processor. For you, life is a series of equations.
Your brain is naturally predisposed to intense mathematical acuity, so it's second nature for you to cut to the heart of an issue, to discover quick solutions while others get bogged down in unnecessary details. This allows you to communicate a variety of ideas to other people, so don't keep it to yourself.
And that with not complete understanding of textual questions. (Ais in, I took a gamlbe on those ;) )
-
124.
You have an unusually strong balance between verbal and mathematical skills combined with strong visual skills. However, the main reason that you are an Inspired Inventor is that your idea centre never shuts down, and you may not even be aware when your brain is working on the next great idea.
You are particularly adept at brainstorming or devising multiple solutions for any problem and this is the reason people flock to you for fresh ideas, advice, and insight.
Could have fooled me! ::)

"Your Intellectual Type is Visionary Philosopher. This means you are highly intelligent and have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a variety of different ways. Like Plato, your exceptional math and verbal skills make you very adept at explaining things to others — and at anticipating and predicting patterns".

Do you expect an improvement Rick? ;D ;D

You could well have a point there Tom. Mind you, you do only see me when there's alcohol around......

Your IQ score is 135!
You have a strong ability to process visual-spatial and mathematical information and this, combined with your logical mind, means you are a Visual Mathematician. You can manipulate multiple parts of the picture (or problem) to come up with a solution and can understand the "big picture," which is partly why people may turn to you for direction.
Like Einstein, your ability to detect patterns and your skills in maths and logic, make it natural for you to come up with ideas and theories that simplify processes for everyone.
-
138
Your mind's strengths allow you to think ahead of the game -- to imagine or anticipate what should happen next in just about any situation. Because you're equally skilled in the numerical and verbal universes of the brain, you can draw from multiple sources of information to come up with new ideas and this makes you a Visionary Philosopher.
You also have a knack for matching and anticipating patterns in all sorts of situations, a talent that adds to your visionary philosopher mind.

On the basis that the average IQ of the planet is 100, and you would have thought that CA was a reasonably random sample, why (with one exception) are we scoring so high?
Three posibilities come to mind:
1. Its produced by nerds who think they're cleverer than they really are.
2. Its to make you feel good because they're selling something.
3. CA is a cover and we're all hyper intelligent beings from the planet Zog that use alcohol to dumb down.
However, there must still must be a lot of people with IQs of 60 to 80 to balance this out, so who are they. Sorry, I forgot about football supporters

I don't remember seeing you. ;D ;D ;D

Howay the Lads!!!
-
Well I could say 250 but that would be a porky.
t.
But 138 was my real score. (which I don't mind admitting to now there are others with that score)
Which is close to what I scored on the WAIS.
Just because a lot of us are scoring over a hundred doesn't mean the test is weighted to give good scores.
I.Q. scores are not done as averages.
If you take a 100 people at random and give them the test. Say 60 people score between 95 and 105. 10 people score below 95 and 30 people score over 105. Then you would say normal I.Q. is between 95 to 105 since that is where most people fit. There is no correlation between the number of people above normal I.Q. and below normal I.Q.
Lets face it we are inteligent we go to Le Mans.

I would suggest that anybody scoring less than 100, or even the low 100's, is unlikely to post their result. ;)
Rick is excused cos he was p*ssed (allegedly ;))

My God Mark, you're psychic!!!

Last night, 129 (after a couple of cans)
A year ago, 147 as tested by MENSA.
Alcohol is clearly bad for you.

What has an IQ of 144?
A gross of Football Supporters!

140
Oh yeah!

Your IQ score is 126!
You are equipped with a verbal arsenal that enables you to understand complex issues and communicate on a particularly high level, making you a Word Warrior. Your command of words is so powerful that you are also a terrific communicator -- able to articulate big ideas to just about anyone.
The power of words translates to fresh ideas off paper too, in both artistic and creative pursuits. This allows you to be a visionary -- to extrapolate and come up with a multitude of fresh ideas.
A bit better (both better than I anticipated) with out any alcohol, I wonder if I keep doing it, will the score will continue to rise? If so, are people with high IQ's just well praciticed at taking this type of test?

I knew you'd say that!!!!! ;D

Your IQ score is 126!
You are gifted with the natural fluency of a writer and the visual and spatial strengths of an artist. Those skills contribute to your creative and expressive mind. Insightful linguists can take complex concepts and articulate them to just about anyone. You have a gift with words and an insight into processes and the way people think.
-
126! NOT BAD FOR AN OLD FART WHILST HEAVERLY DRUGGED. MUST TRY WHEN FREE. SUCH NONSENSE, DOES THIS MEAN I'M SAFE TO DRIVE ;D
-
175
Martini you are a visionary and obviously werry, werry clever (I did not really get that but I did get a trip to SEBRING)

I tried it beforehand, it was worse, believe me ::)

Yes!!!!!.....
I always suspected as much.

Surprised myself at 133.

Your IQ score is 31!
(http://i.uk.tickle.com/uk/test/iq/curator.jpg)Like a meticulous collector, you've fed your brain a unique set of facts and figures over the years and you can’t remember one of them. Whether or not you intend to try and absorb every piece of information that comes your way, you’ll be struggling
The words in your head could almost fill a stamp, and you're equally inept at manipulating numbers and detecting important patterns in number sequences.
I only wish my cock was as thick as you.
Last time I try one of them
And another thing. Dosn't that bloke in the above pic look like Bill Gates
-
Last time I try one of them
Outstanding Stu, outstanding!
I had him down as Alex Ferguson, I don't think he's that bright either. Mind you, they're both a damn sight cleverer than the SAFC board of directors.

While I'm on Stu, and we're talking about general levels of intelligence and penile girth, how the hell do you attach an image so it shows up in the 'Recent Posts' page, and not just on the thread page?
H
-
H, you need to use a picture hosted on another website. Use the (http://www.clubarnage.com/forum/Themes/classic/images/bbc/img.gif) icon and insert the picture URL between the brackets.
If you upload your own picture, it won't appear on 'recent posts' and will eventually dissappear as the forum upload folder fills up.

I couldn't get the page to work, but no matter, on leaving school they told me I had the IQ of a dead slug. They may well have had a point, but I did use my initiative to get into Grammer skool. Due to illness I took the entrance exam alone in the deputy head's office. Having been baffled by the maths questions, figures all swimming in front of my eyes, I desperately went rooting around his desk for inspiration. The fool had left a pocket calculator in his top draw, quite a rarity in 1976. Anyway I got full marks in maths but was told to show my workings in future. There was even talk of a scholarship to Oxford, but in fact I never did pass maths at O level. I like to think I'd have been a great asset in a POW camp though.

..........but I did use my initiative to get into Grammer school.
Didn't they do spellin'
