No....

But it had come along well since 4 weeks ago.

I think it may be finished by the looks of things .

Where the Poo BAr is / was, looks like it will still be there , so .....

Here's hoping.

If you watch the Moto GP highlights back, you can see the stage of building work from the aerial shots. The new tunnel is better laid out with a one way walking system that works.
