just one of those random thoughts at work, why did james weaver not RACE the speed 8, also what happened with the chap who tried to buy abt six jags in i think in 92 with saudi money,randall somebody?/
 tis a dull life being a temp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the impression that he wasn't happy about a safety issue with the car, but i could be wrong.

Weaver was not happay that the Bentleys did not have a tyre pressure detection system fitted as I recall. This would have given advance warning of a puncture.

His decision came two weeks after Michele Alboreto, testing an Audi R8 was killed, so it is possible this influanced him as well
