Ok as i am going to both the 24hour and the classic at Le-mans this year and im driving down from Norway, does anybody know of any storage places that you could safely leave a car for the Month in between.

Maybe you could have it confiscated by French police and then go and retrieve it after the classic? ;D

My dad doesn't even have a drive ;D
The picture is a promotion picture for those cars. They're not even real cars, they're for people who aren't allowed to drive a real car for whatever reason. The official speedlimit is 45 km/h but my dad's does about 60. He never bothered to get his driver's licence, now he's a bit old for that (66).
The car came with radio/cd player and satnav ;D
