Wot a coincidence, I have just taken this out of my Funny film file to put to the video player mp3, then I sign on to CA and see you have the download.......

I get that feeling at hgome as well as work....... >:(

My brother once phoned me up and said 'you will be very proud of me' why I said, 'because I unplugged my computer and took it outside and trashed it on the pavement' he said, his previous one had boot marks and dents all over it, one time when he was having probs with his screen he said it would have been through the window if the cables were not connected, the window was closed at the time.

I then asked if he had backed up all his accounts, invoices etc. as he is self employed, oh f**k, he said, I patched it and downloaded the required info (it was working fine) we then went and got another one for him, without the viruses from 'rude' channels.

Moral 1, before you trash it, back it up

Moral 2, keep OFF the rude channels.

Mr Martini, regarding your wholly unnecessary and off-topic PS above - are you attempting to spread subversion???

This site is someone else's place on the web, where we are all invited, and Steve and I are around to try to keep the place nice and tidy so that people have a good experience here, and want to come back. If you want to stir things up there are plenty of other forums which would be more up your street  >:( :o >:(

On-topic: I have rarely felt the urge or need to do things like that to a computer. My study books on the other hand are by now very skilled flying objects...
