Title: ACO membership - worth the money? Post by: RaceTeam-PR on April 23, 2008, 01:16:38 pm Hi all,
I've been wondering about if I should become an ACO member. ??? But I can't really seem to find out, if it's worth the money spend. Of course I'll get a book, some pictures, free DVD an so on. But exactly how can I benefit from my membership during the week at Le Mans? I've already bought my tickets for this year. So I was wondering about exactly what, will be the biggest and coolest thing about the membership when I'm standing somewhere around the track. (Btw, :-[ newbie question, is the exact name for the track La Sarthe, Le Mans 24H Circuit or what?) Title: Re: ACO membership - worth the money? Post by: Kev_mk3 on April 23, 2008, 04:32:06 pm membership defo, have a look in our Le Mans guide 2007 pg 74 for a full answer. that has helped so much - thanks Peter :)http://www.clubarnage.com/caguide/caguide2007.pdf the part of the membership i enjoy is the use of the clubhouse during raceweek, also there are now two club viewing areas around the circuit, they are oasis's for when your hot and knackered, somewhere you can find a seat in the shade and get some food and drink. Title: Re: ACO membership - worth the money? Post by: RaceTeam-PR on April 30, 2008, 09:44:20 pm I haven't been around for so long, so that was a nice sum up of the benefits. Now my only concern is, whether I can talk my travelling compagnions to join ACO as well - at least one. Because we're eight people on tour, and if a ACO membership can give access to member + four, then we're three short.
I think that the "grandstand 18" and the ACO bar/toilet facilities is the one located just where there is a little "bump" behind the tribune? |
