Took me a while to get all the details through, but we can finally get this out in public now.
Friday 13th of June (what's in a date?), from 8 PM onwards we will have the Friday night Party again. Setup is more or less the same as last year, even though the program for this year is quite tight as a result of having two bands this year! The stage is a little bigger, the sound and lights will be better, the number of invites will be less!! By the looks of it, we will be just a little further up from our usual place. Still at track side, but on the other side of the Golden Triangle. If not, we will be pretty noticable anyway, as per normal ;)
• From about 8.00 untill about 10.30 the Flying Baguettes will receive a very warm welcome back into our stage after their absense last year. We are sure they will Rock like never before!
• After the Flying Baguettes we will have the Charity Auction again. More interesting items this year, so make sure you bring plenty of cash! Once again your host will be JPChenet, who will be very willing to take as much pennies off you for the three charities as decided earlier this year.
• And last but not least, we are proud to have Vinnie's Vice back onto our stage! They will do their "party show" again, even though we think it will be appropriate if they should play some of their new songs as well.
So how do you get in? After last year's beer donation possiblility, we thought of another format. Something where everybody can contribute to both the drinks and the basic donation to charity, as well as having a souvenir for the night. So we came up with base ball caps. We will sell the base ball caps (of course with our logo on it) for €15.00 each. Money is divided as follows: €5 for the cap, €5 for contributing to drinks, and €5 to charity. We think we have done things in a fair way like this.
You can order via PM to either LangTall or myself up untill the 6th of June (or untill we run out), we will make sure the list will be up to date when we set off for Le Mans (8th of June). Please try and pick up your ordered caps before Friday night at our pitch, they will only be distributed inside our truck. Petra will be the one who will be taking care of the distribution, please bring your donation in an envelope in an attempt to keep the ACO people abay.

We are "only" selling about 225 caps, so we do want to keep the right to stop newcomers to Club Arnage.
ps. Due to the tight program, we will not be able to show the football match France - Holland.
Presume there will be plenty of French around with a tv ;)

Me and my other Dutch fans just recieved a confirmation we will be allocated at tetre rouge again. This good news got me enthouisiastic again to check at this great site to see what is happening where. What a great innitiative you guys have done. Unfortunatelly our tradition is to go to the fantastic bar Aux portes du Circuit. But we (six idiots from province Utreg) would like to come over and vistit your Friday Night Party. What to do What to do. So much parties so little time. So my question to you is, is it o.k if we come later that evening. Don't know how late and in which state. But no worries, were idiots but fun idiots. Ni stupid party crashers or something like that. That's why I am asking you this soon. Maybe I can come to the gate of the incredible Drinking for Holland place (saw it 2 years ago and could'nt believe what i saw) and ask for Paddy?
Just trying to get in touch with other Dutch Le Mans fans and maybe we can help you guys with info to parties or something too.

Hi Bob, try and drop in any time during the week, we'll be there from Monday morning onwards. Beer on draught from Monday 2 PM, that's the time when the 20-tonne truck (that's me driving it ;)) will arrive with the barrels of beer and the generators ;D Would be nice to have a chat and catch up.
We'll see what we can do for the Friday, depends how many caps we will have left. The ones for Club Arnage are currently sold out.

Truth is, I wouldn't have known much about this had it not been for a PM from Neil (Nopanic) - and never having attended this famous gathering of Le Mans glitterati, I didn't think it right to just "invite myself", let alone presume that other members of the rabble I'm encamped with, could come along too.
I feel quite honoured to have been invited into such auspicious company. If there are spares available, I'll certainly buy a couple for Dave, Hasleggs, Ricardo... to name a few. But I also understand the logistical/distibution issues faced by the men in orange - so in conclusion, I'm just happy to be part of this, but let me know if there's any spares.

I have seemed to have been alittle slow of the mark :( , (all the caps being sold) having only just found out how you do what you do. Which is a real shame on my behalf as i was hoping to bring team extreme along to your friday night bash. I came along last year with 633 Scooter Squadron (Beer Mountain) and had a great night. As there are ten of us we were looking at contributing towards a few cases but it seems i have missed the boat. O well there is always next year (at least i know where to find you guys now CA and DfH). You chaps have a great night and a great week at Le Mans i am sure you will. ;D ;D

Speaking of practising, we spoke about English volunteers for bar service on the Friday. This just in case our bar personell gets mistaken for Polish ;)
Who would like to volunteer to give Beerman and Buurman a break? They would prefer to stop when Vinnie's Vice starts, so that's after the Charity Auction. Three people at the most :)

i would help but i have not got a clue how to pour a pint / time i will be there!

Being of a sober disposition, I am very happy to volunteer - I should be able to pour Dutch style beers for a while so long as there is no adding up!

If we get a list of people who want to volunteer, you only would have to help us out for about an hour each, makes life easier for everyone. Just tell me during the week if you want to help and I will make up a list.

Roy - Vicky and myself are happy to do a stint, I don't know about Vicky but I haven't ever worked behind a bar before so I don't know what my pulling skills are like ;)

Ok, Guys, thanks for the response, I will write it down and make a list for the night. Just make sure you talk to me first before going behind the bar, I know most faces but not all! I am easy to spot, just look for the guy with the mullet.

Hi Lang tall & Paddy
Following the wedding last year (if that's possible) Harry-the-bast*rd (htbast) were hoping to join y'all for a few this year. Harry's stayin' home so last minute plans mean I've badly missed the boat - No Dutch Caps :'( (chaos in 9 months). Arriving Thursday lunch, I'll cruise by on Friday with auction cash on hip and if there are a few dead bodies maybe my new shotgun and I can step into dead men’s shoes (or caps) so to speak. P.S. if the Brethren aren’t on security/crowd control this year the two of us are happy to assist (door work experience) - we can smell ACO at 200 yds.
